The Mission is Bigger Than the Individual
Adam Smith retired from the Navy with the highest attainable enlisted rank of E-9, Master Chief (SEAL). During his 20-year career in the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams, directed operations during 14 separate overseas deployments, totaling over seven years working in foreign countries.
He served on SEAL Team 8 and Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU), both located in Virginia Beach, VA. He has received the Silver Star, three Bronze Stars with Valor, four Defense Meritorious Service Medals, and numerous other joint awards.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, he also received his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in 2023.
